What do we do about complaints?

It might happen you are not happy about our service. We would like to hear that. By informing us we can improve and adjust. Complaints can be about certification activities of NCI Certification and/or the holder of a certificate. Grievances are processed, assessed and confirmed as soon as possible. If we cannot manage to follow-up your message within a week, we will inform you.
